once again, the one year once chinese new year is back and around the corner.. fe more days left, then every family will be o crowded with relatives visiting, collecting ang paos, eating yee sang, family gathering around. Its a chance where we get to see our relatives as well after such long time, and also a time to.. GAMBLE.. wuahaha.. can't wait to put on new clothes and shoes... LoLx

Baking night

It was a wonderful day as usual... awaken by the bright Mr sun shine. then days goes on as usual as always.... till dinner time..... we had our feast at a just opened restoran down my house..... It's name ..hmmm i think its Temp @ Temp if not mistaken hehe... the food there are delicious... ^ ^...

after that went to do some shopping with my relatives and cousin... xiao la jiao is in as well... the so called shopaholic girl to me.... she simply loves shopping soooo much.... haha enjoyed ourself soooo much....

reaching home was kinda around half past 10.... i gathered up all my leftover energy and baked pineapple tart.... guess what.. it will be my first and also my last doing.... it takes time and so difficult to do.... especially coming to the part where i had to wrap the pineapple filling on the dough... the rest are just as easy as pie... hmm.... the outcome of my baking???? LoLx... it's superb big in size.... haha big, medium, small...... all size available... haha.... i now learning to bake cookies... my way to kill time while waiting for my class to start which is taking age till that day..... so far i learned to make chocolate in the meaning baking chocolate to inturn like those chocolates we get out there.... its nice and its Belgium chocolate - non fattening and its expensive cause its good chocolate. Next will be dragon cookies, butterfinger cookies with rainbow balls- its delicious most of them who ate it lurve it much..... den will be my chocolate chips cookies... its the best.. i baked it on the night the next morning... it's all finished up.... all filled inside the tummy of those who ate it.... haha... next will be cookies time.... haha can't wait to bake more.....

HAPPY NEW YEAR...2009 resolution

2009 resolution is up.... bid farewell to 2008...

dump out all rubish incident that happened on that year...

whole new me is sure have to be up.... studies, family, friends, everything.... relationship... move that to aside first... deal with it when i done with my studies... till i get a stable work.... oh yeah.... 2009 here I come....
